Opaline & Glass Pendant Lamps

Glass pendants give off a very subtle and warm tone of light and opalines are the grand master of this. Most of our glass lamps are actually crystal glass, made in large specialist factories in eastern Europe in the fifties and sixties. Nothing beats vintage glass, it was made by hand, and the quality of this production gives a better light. True opaline glass is made of three cased layers. Two clear layers sandwich the white glass, a difficult time-consuming process. The hey day for lighting production was the fifties and sixties and we are constantly searching buildings all over Europe for the very best vintage lighting.
