Vintage Lighting

We specialise in 20th Century furniture and lighting with a gentle nod to industrial; we are champions of the forgotten makers, the legendary producers that were so prevalent in the 20th Century. We search Europe to find exceptional pieces with a story to tell, a provenance and a history. The 20th Century was a rich period for lighting design and production, whether it be classic industrial lighting that powered large industrial factories or some of the iconic producers such as Holophane of France.

Our workshop carefully dismantles all lighting to its constituent parts prior to a full safety inspection and rewiring. Our aim is always to keep the light as original as possible, but replace and modernise the hidden fittings to ensure the fitting’s safety.
