We understand the trust you place in us buying vintage remotely – online
Buy once buy well: We want you to be delighted with your order but if you are not happy with your purchase, then please contact us (within fourteen days) and arrange to ship your purchase back to us for a full refund or exchange. If in the unlikely event that there is a quality issue, we will make sure that is put right as quickly as possible.
Vintage is by definition not new, and most of what we sell is typically 50 to 75 years old and things do occasionally go wrong. We stand by what we sell and guarantee our products for the first six months of their life, during that period we will happily address any quality issues that may occur.
Lifetime care: We want your vintage purchase to continue to give years of pleasure. Outside of our guarantee period we are happy to advise on care and maintenance and our workshop is always available to rectify any issues. Any work will be quoted and charged at cost.
Buy back: We stand by what we sell and offer a simple buy back scheme. After a year of ownership, or longer, we are happy to buy back any product purchased from us. Simply agree the buy back with our team and return your order in reasonable condition to us for a credit of 50% against any new purchase from us. Vintage is not a ‘one off’ purchase, it is a sustainable choice and we want to give you the confidence to make any vintage purchase with us.
