1970’s Ludvik Volak Deep Blue Slubbed Weave Reupholstered Bratislava Side Chairs. Sourced direct in the Czech republic, Volak is one of the most celebrated mid century designers best known for the organic room divider made by Drevopodnik Holesov. Volak was commissioned to make the Bratislava chair for the international airport of Slovakia. These mid century chairs are made with laminated beech frames and buttoned upholstery, our upholster has stripped the internal components and rebuilt and reupholstered them by hand. The chairs have been reupholstered in Deep Blue Slubbed Weave. The price is for one armchair only.
