We have an experienced logistics team that organises our deliveries, we can ship anything
anywhere, from a small boxed object to a full shipping container. We are based in Europe with
distribution points in north and central Europe and in the United Kingdom. We deliver throughout
the world on a daily basis.

Every week from our warehouse we carefully pack and dispatch a huge variety of orders throughout the UK.
Smaller orders are well packed in boxes and sent by a variety of ‘box’ delivery carriers from UPS
through to DPD. Larger furniture orders are usually delivered by our own specialist furniture carrier.
All furniture orders are very carefully packed and will be delivered into the room of your choice by
our dedicated carrier. Furniture orders usually work on a maximum two week cycle, order by Friday
night on week one and delivery will be the following week. For full details of our delivery costs and
services can be found below.

Delivery in the United Kingdom will usually be from our Hampshire warehouse and distribution
team. Shipping costs will be quoted for all items listed on our website, these are displayed next to
the product price. You are welcome to contact us before purchasing to discuss shipping options and
delivery lead times.

Delivery Time: Orders will normally be shipped out within 3-5 working days, depending on the size
of the order and any specialist packing.

Small boxed orders: Delivery time 2 to 10 days.

Furniture orders: Delivery time 10 to 14 days.

All delivery times are for guidance, if you have a specific deadline please contact us.

Our priority is to deliver a product that exceeds your expectations and is delivered on time, but
quality comes first. With vintage products everything is carefully checked before dispatch, if we spot
something that needs a bit of love and attention it might take that extra day.

Customs: Orders placed for delivery within the UK will be shipped and delivered by our UK
distribution network, this does not require any customs clearance or duty charges.

VAT: All prices quoted are based on the country of order and local VAT is included in the price
stated.

Condition of Vintage Items

Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that
everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. We have described
the work that our team does to ensure that every order exceeds your expectation. There is a
difference between wear and tear and faults. Our passion is the wear and tear is an integral part of
the product, and that is why we love vintage. However, it is essential that a vintage piece is practical
for use so our workshop will give every piece the attention it needs, but we do not restore.
Restoration by definition can remove the history and character that we believe is integral.

All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps
of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.

We want you to be over the moon when you unwrap your delivery so please make sure you study
the photographs on our website to satisfy yourself with the condition before the item is shipped.
The condition of a vintage item is subjective and it is impossible for us to list all wear and tear or
damages so please take care to examine all the listing photographs and familiarise yourself with the
product. We photograph everything with flash and do our best to ensure colours are well
represented, we do not use photoshop to minimise or disguise wear and tear.

Product photographs form an integral part of the product description.

Description of Goods

Vintage items do not come with an instruction manual and we do our best to describe and identify
the maker and age of a piece but in many cases this is based on general knowledge or experience.
We regret we cannot accept returns for unverified disputes on age, maker or provenance. Any
dispute would need to be settled by a mutually agreed third party expert.
