This collection has been personally sourced by Carolyn Quartermaine and represents a lifetimes passion for the beauty of found objects and how they work together to create stories. Some of the items come directly from Carolyn’s personal collection, others have been specifically sourced. “As an artist, the collaboration with Merchant & Found provides a perfect partnership to bring to market some of my iconic pieces.” There may be items photographed that are not included in the collection that is listed for sale, please refer to the collection list for clarity. Many of the pieces featured have an incredible past – sourced from a multitude of locations – auctions, dealers, brocantes, flea markets, inherited and found by Carolyn over the last quarter of a century.
The process of creating a new future is an essential part of all stories.

All collection works are sold as decorative items only, these vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible
