1950’s Simple French Bistro Dining Chairs. The process of steam bending beech to create elegant chairs was discovered and developed by Thonet, but when its patents expired in 1869 many companies including Luterma launched production. These chairs date from the 1950’s and believed to be Luterma. A simple classic shape with a beautiful colour and elegant shaped backs with a lovely simple rod support across the mid back. We service and rejuvenate each chair before it leaves our workshop. Seat Height: 47cm.
