1950's PEL Tubular Stacking Upholstered Chair - Carbon Grey Frame - Set Of Five. PEL chairs are a British essential. PEL are best known for the simpler tubular frame ply seat chairs and occasionally we have seen this design of heavy weight upholstered dining chair. The frames are in great condition but we had to replace the original upholstery as the Rexine fabric was sadly too worn. Our workshop services and rejuvenates each chair before they leave us. Seat Height 46cm.
