Description:
1900’s Industrial Tools Cabinet – John Haddon & Co. An exceptional cabinet of rare importance. The cabinet was made by John Haddon & Co of the Caxton Type Foundry, Lathkill Street, Market Harborough. Founded in 1814 Haddon was the leading printer and innovator of letterpress printing. The cabinet was used to store type face and is made from pitch pine with its original dull grey painted finish. The handles are all original, cast especially for John Haddon. Our workshop has cleaned and serviced the cabinet it is good to go. The cabinet feature 11 drawers.
