1940’s Bakelite Early Adjustable Desk Lamp. The lamp was produced in Eastern Europe in the forties, made almost totally in Bakelite. The lamp has been cleaned and restored but we have left the history and character, and where possible all electrical components have been removed and replaced with modern European CE standard components to BS EN 60598. The lamp is individually tested and labelled. The lamp comes completely wired and ready to use as shown. The lamp is fitted with a standard E27 threaded lamp holder for which a wide range of modern and vintage style filament bulbs are widely available. We do not currently sell bulbs and recommend LED bulbs 6W maximum. The lamp is currently wired and fitted for UK and EU compliance. Please note the correct plug will be fitted for use in the delivery address country. The height of the lamp is measured when it’s fully extended.

Each lamp has been cleaned and restored and all original electrical components have been removed and replaced with modern European CE standard components to BS EN 60598. Each lamp is individually tested and labelled to BS EN 60598. Each lamp comes completely wired.
