1960's DSC 106 Upholstered Dining Chair Castelli - Good Quantity Available. The DSC 106 was designed by Giancarlo Piretti and made by Castelli. Made with cast aluminium detail, these are high quality comfortable design classics. In 1877 Ettore Castelli founded a small workshop in Bologna. In 1939, the firm was renamed Anonima Castelli and began producing modern office furniture for which the brand is best known. It is recognized as one of the foremost manufacturers of Italian design of the 20th century and as the producer of the iconic Plia folding chair. Designed in 1965 Castelli still produces the chairs today. Seat height 48cm.
