1970’s Tall Upholstered Barstools With Hooped Backs – Various Quantities Available. These stools were produced by the famous Czech firm Ton, a post war spin off from the famous Thonet factory that was carved up and nationalised in the post war political upheaval, still trading today and producing beautiful chairs. This is a rare design of stool, with a blonde beech, upholstered seats and classic hooped backs. We have gently restored the frames but kept the original character, good practical stools. We service each stool individually before it leaves our workshop and we deliver vintage of excellent quality. Seat height 84cm.
Workshop Report
Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
