1970’s Olivetti Lettera 22 Typewriter. The Lettera 22 was a design icon of the mid century and a revelation in portable typewriting. This particular machine is an early edition of this classic model. The Lettera 22 was designed by Marcello Nizzoli and Giuseppe Beccio in 1953 and remained a best seller for a decade. This is in full working order having been lovingly restored and in excellent general condition complete with a newly fitted ribbon.
