1950’s Refined Rectangular Dressing Table – Small Desk. Beautiful simple and classic mid century side table sourced in the Czech Republic. Czech design will always be affiliated to the Bauhaus movement which inspired a generation of design and industrial production in Czechia principally during the second half of the 20th , with producers such as Ton and Up Zavody amongst many others. This is a high quality practical side table made by UP Zavody and designed by Mojmir Pozar. The table has two small drawers and sits on slim turned legs. The table is solid and strong and is made from solid birch with the original black glass top and stunning formed shaped drawers. In excellent original condition our workshop has gently cleaned the table and the drawers run well. Practical as a dressing table or small desk. Internal drawer dimensions 37L x 9H x 33W all cm.
