1950’s French Bentwood Dining Chairs – Harlequin Set Of Ten
Description
1950’s French Bentwood Dining Chairs – Harlequin Set Of Ten. Classic French beech bistro chairs made in France mainly by the maker Baumann, a couple might be made by Luterma. Baumann is a slightly off the radar French producer just starting to gain traction in the market. Baumann was founded in 1901, by Swiss man Emile Baumann, in Colombier Fontaine, France. Baumann started producing a simple child’s chair but grew rapidly to be a large bentwood producer with showrooms all over France. This is a harlequin set of matched very similar chairs, a harlequin set means they are not all exactly the same. We service and wax each chair before they leave our workshop and we deliver chairs of excellent quality. Dimensions listed above as a guide as all dimensions vary slightly but all are adult chairs. Seat Height 45 to 46cm.
