1950’s Baumann Upholstered Bar Stools – Pair. Made by the maker Baumann. Baumann is a slightly off the radar French producer just starting to gain traction in the market. Baumann was founded in 1901, by Swiss man Emile Baumann, in Colombier Fontaine, France. Baumann started producing a simple child’s chair but grew rapidly to be a large bentwood producer with showrooms all over France. Beautifully made and designed this is a lovely original pair of bar stools with the original leatherette buttoned upholstered seats. We have cleaned them, thatÂ’s all. Stunning original patina with lovely sun aged frames. We service and wax each stool before they leave our workshop and we deliver chairs of excellent quality. Seat Height 85cm.
Workshop Report
