1940’s Vintage stunning single original Tan-Sad machinists chair in black, swivelling and height adjustable. One of our passions is the heritage of industrial British (and other) brands and Tan-Sad is one of our all time favourites. We found this chair in a sewing workshop in Pembrokeshire along with a number of other early Tan-Sad chairs. The chair is in exceptional original condition, totally original with its trademark vulcanised card seat and back . The seat can be adjusted from a height of 49cm through to 62cm. The top of the back rest sits 32cm above the seat. We service and wax each chair individually before they leave our workshop and we deliver chairs of excellent quality.
Workshop Report:
Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
