1940's Oak Low Multidrawer Apothecary Chest Of Drawers - Eighteen Drawers. A handsome heavy weight and beautifully made low chest of drawers which was sourced from an apothecary in southern Germany. The carcass is oak throughout in a rich warm colour, the drawers are birch and have been overpainted black inside at some stage. The chest is beautifully made and in excellent condition, all the drawers work well and they retain the original handles and label markers. Internal drawer dimensions: L39 x W43 x H5-9 cm
