Description
1950’s Large Rectangular Sage & Co Haberdashery Cabinet – 20 Drawers. Made throughout in a mixture of dark stained oak and ash, Sage is considered one of the top end cabinet makers and that is evident in the quality and craftsmanship of this piece, plus the highly unusual dull chrome frame. Sitting on solid 1940’s feet the cabinet is strong and solid and all the drawers are finger jointed. Our workshop team has gently restored this cabinet, replacing any worn drawer runners, making sure all drawers run smoothly, but essentially cleaning and waxing the piece to bring out the rich original details whilst retaining the character and history. Internal drawer dimensions: 32W x 11H x 39 Long at the top cascading down to 54Long at base. All cm.
