1930’s vintage French fine ceramic ceiling pendant lamps/lights – new old stock. We have twenty of these stunning French lamps available, apologies it is very difficult to photograph off white ceramics! We can assure you they have the lustre of a fine porcelain cup. Hand cast in fine porcelain these were found ‘unused’ in a French ceramic factory along with crates of unused original Paris Metro tiles. Twenty lamps are available, they are being sold singularly. These lamps are a great visual statement perfect for a hall, contemporary kitchen or living space. Each lamp has been cleaned and restored and all electrical components have been removed and replaced with modern European CE standard components to BS EN 60598. Each lamp is individually tested and labelled to BS EN 60598. INCLUDED: The ceramic pendants are so light that they can hang unsupported on the electrical cable. Each lamp comes completely wired and ready to install including 2 metres of black fabric covered electrical cable and a ceiling rose as shown. The lamp is fitted with a standard brass small bayonet lamp holder for which a wide range of modern and vintage style filament bulbs are widely available although a small bulb is required not to be too visible. We do not currently sell bulbs and recommend LED bulbs 6W maximum. We select the best colour/style of cable for each lamp but additional colours are available for different projects. Our alternative cable colours (in stock) are as shown in the images with numbered cables. If you wish to select a different cable colour please state the colour number in the comments at checkout. Additional special order colours are available and we can also supply more than 2 metres of hanging cable/wire/chain etc as required, please contact us separately to discuss.
